Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- An exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items such as Panj Kakkars, Nishan Sahib, Kalash, and Palki Sahib shoul class=”list”d remain in brand-new condition.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

Exchange Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the product is defective or damaged. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
